Directions for Use: Shake well before each use. Add one capful to EVERY 24 ounces of fresh filtered water. Allow 2 days to start working. For severe cases cases Plaque Off may be sprayed in your pet's mouth twice a day for NO MORE than 3 days.

Ingredients: Base of purified water, Anthium Dioxide (for tartar/plaque control), Yuccarome and mint oils (odor elimination), sodium benzoate (preservative).
