Return Policy

Well Beings wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn/unused merchandise may be returned within 60 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund, store credit or an exchange (see exceptions below). Please include your name and order number with the return or a copy of your invoice. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information. Please contact us for a return merchandise form.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return, as well as products lost before they reach Well Beings. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail, where you can track your package or get a delivery confirmation.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed or damaged. Legally, we are not allowed to accept returns on merchandise such as dog clothing that has been worn.

If the merchandise or its packaging has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, Well Beings will refuse to accept this as a valid return.

Shipping Rates

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Diego, California. Shipments are delivered during business week days only. There are no deliveries over the weekend. In most cases, using UPS/Fedex Ground service, you should get your delivery within 5 to 10 business days from the time we process your order.

Will Call - Local pick up is available at our location from 2:00-4:00 P.M and 5:00-6:00 P.M. for your convenience. Be sure to select Will Call as a shipping option when you check out.

How to require a signature on delivery: If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please note "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the customer notes section of the order form. It is otherwise up to the discretion of the delivery driver whether or not to leave the package without a signature.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive a defective product or the merchandise was damaged during shipment, please notify us within five days of receiving the order in order to return the product for a refund or an exchange.

Price Adjustments

To keep up with occasional fluctuations in prices from our distributors and other related costs, some of our prices may change from time to time. Price adjustments may only be made within one week from date of purchase.

Processing Orders

Orders received on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12 p.m. PST will be processed same day. Orders received on Friday after 12 p.m. PST will be processed the following Monday.

Modifying your Order

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or calling 619-255-6215. You may modify your order up until the time we ship out your merchandise.

Canceling your Order

We do not charge your account until we ship out your order, so you may cancel at any time before your items are shipped out. In the event you decide to cancel your order after it was shipped, you will be responsible for shipping the order back to us and we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase - minus the shipping charge.

Out of Stock Items

If any of the items that you ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted via email. We may also notify you of alternate colors and sizes if they are available.

Backordered Items

Occasionally we will take orders for items that are temporarily out of stock. We expect to receive these items and they will be shipped to you as soon as we obtain them. You will not be charged until we ship the item(s) out and you may cancel at any time before shipping.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Sales Tax

We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California addresses. Based on Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce, states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order. Coupons are not valid for items that are on sale.

Credit Card Security & Online Safety

Shopping on the Internet is incredibly safe. At WellBeings.com, we ensure that it's safe by transferring all of your personal information, including your name, address and credit card, over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line. This ensures that your information is encrypted and cannot be read by others as it travels over the Internet. The secure mode begins when you initiate your order. You will know you're in secure mode when the tiny padlock icon, located at the bottom of your browser, appears as "locked." You also can verify you are in secure mode by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." After the information reaches WellBeings.com, it is stored on a secure server, which means it resides behind a firewall and cannot be accessed from outside the company. At that point, your information can only be accessed by employees to process your orders. All such employees sign a privacy/security policy, which provides legal confidentiality protection for our customers. Violations of this policy results in disciplinary actions, including the possibility of termination, criminal prosecution and civil action. WellBeings.com's Safe Shopping Guarantee Shopping with us is so safe we guarantee it with our Safe Shopping Guarantee. In a nutshell, we guarantee every transaction as 100 percent safe. If unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with us while using our secure server, we will reimburse you up to the maximum $50 legal liability. We only require that you follow the reporting steps required by the issuer of your card (under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges).

Prices & Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice. All images and text on this site are copywritten and are the property of WellBeings.com.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

We do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by WellBeings.com from our inventory. Third-party vendors (for items shipping directly from the manufacturer or distributor) may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
